How soon can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Cancellations are valid up to 3 hours following your payment confirmation or up until a shipping confirmation email has been sent, whichever comes first. Please send a message directly to the Fran's Hause contact page or email us directly at support@franshause.com to make any cancellations or revisions.
Can I exchange or return an item I don't like?
At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges for the health of our employees during COVID-19. This will change once the environment shifts back to normal.
How long is shipping and processing?
Processing times are currently at 1-3 business days. Shipping times for standard USPS shipping vary from 3 to 5 business days, and are dependent on the delivery availability in your area.
Is there international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available again at Fran's Hause. If you have received any errors during checkout, please alert us immediately. Fran's Hause is based in Pennsylvania, USA.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
All items sold at Fran's Hause are 100% hypoallergenic and nickel free. Providing items that do not irritate the skin is a priority for us when offering various styles and materials.
Are you still offering 1 on 1 styling appointments?
Yes! We have made some updates to our scheduling process. You can now request one on one try on sessions by emailing Frances@franshause.com to view all available openings.
